Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, including account details, email address, display name, team, league, tournament, division, pool, playoff, and bracket information, scoresheet and scorecard images, reviewed stats, saved boxscores, profile images or logos, public page settings, support messages, and billing-related account metadata. We also collect technical and usage information such as device details, log data, page activity, scan events, ad and page interactions, checkout events, and error information.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, scan scoresheets and scorecards, generate reviewable stat drafts, save games or rounds, manage teams, leagues, tournaments, divisions, pools, and playoffs, publish public pages and widgets, process payments, provide support, detect abuse, improve accuracy and usability, and communicate about service or billing activity.

AI Processing

Scoresheet images and related prompts may be sent to AI service providers to extract game data. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so users should review results before saving or publishing them.

Service Providers

We use service providers such as Firebase for authentication, database, storage, and app infrastructure; Stripe for checkout, billing, subscriptions, invoices, payment disputes, and customer portal tools; Netlify for hosting and deployment; AI providers for scoresheet analysis; and advertising providers such as Google AdSense where ads are enabled. These providers process information according to their own terms, security practices, and privacy commitments.

Public Pages and Youth Sports

Public team, league, tournament, and widget pages may display team names, league names, tournament names, locations, seasons, player names, game logs, standings, leaders, records, brackets, uploaded logos or profile images, and stats. Do not upload or publish personal information about minors unless you have the appropriate authority and consent.

Payments

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Quick Snap Stats does not intentionally store full card numbers. We may store Stripe customer IDs, subscription status, monthly or annual billing interval, trial dates, renewal dates, custom plan selections, purchased scan quantities, tournament pass details, plan information, checkout session records, and related billing metadata.

Advertising

Where ads are shown, advertising providers may use cookies, device identifiers, IP address, browser information, page context, and interaction data to deliver, measure, limit, or personalize ads. Ad providers may combine information from Quick Snap Stats with information from other sites or services according to their own privacy practices.

Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

Your Choices

You can update some account and page information in the product, manage billing through available billing tools, control browser storage in your browser settings, and contact support to request help with access, correction, export, or deletion. Rights vary by location, and we will respond to applicable requests as required by law.
