How scan refills, subscriptions, tournament passes, cancellations, and billing issues are handled.

Scan refills are one-time digital credits. Used scan credits are not refundable. If you purchased a scan refill by mistake and have not used the credits, contact support within 14 days and we will review the request. Free weekly scans, promotional scans, subscription scan allowances, and no-charge rescans have no cash value and are not refundable.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Annual subscriptions are charged up front for the yearly period and renew each year unless canceled before renewal. Custom monthly plans renew monthly unless the checkout page states otherwise.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewals while normally keeping paid access through the end of the current billing period. Plan downgrades may also wait until the next billing date.
Annual plans may include a discount compared with paying month to month. Because annual subscriptions reserve access for the full year at a discounted rate, annual charges are generally not refunded or prorated after purchase or renewal unless required by law, stated otherwise at checkout, or approved by support for an exceptional billing error.
Tournament passes and custom tournament passes are intended for event windows and include a defined access period, one tournament, and a scan pool. Refunds for unused tournament passes may be reviewed case by case if you contact support promptly before the event begins or before credits are used.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, subscription fees are not prorated or refunded when you cancel during a billing period. This applies to both monthly and annual billing periods.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@snowhoneystudios.ca with the account email, purchase date, and charge details. We may need to verify the purchase through Stripe before adjusting credits, access, or refunds. If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, account access may be paused while the payment provider reviews the issue.
