Overview

Quick Snap Stats helps users scan sports scoresheets and scorecards, review extracted game data, save boxscores, manage team, league, and tournament pages, run playoff brackets, publish stat widgets, and customize sports organization pages. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. If you invite coaches, scorekeepers, league admins, or other helpers, you are responsible for making sure they have permission to access and edit the content they manage.

Scoresheets and Stats

Scans and AI-generated stat drafts are provided for review. You are responsible for checking names, scores, totals, standings, and other data before saving, sharing, publishing, or relying on it. Quick Snap Stats is not an official scorer or governing body.

Plans, Scan Credits, and Billing

Free accounts may receive a weekly scan allowance. Paid subscriptions, custom subscriptions, tournament passes, custom tournament passes, and scan refills may be sold through Stripe. Features, limits, prices, weekly or banked scan allowances, free trials, team and league capacity, tournament creation slots, and access periods may vary by plan and may change for future purchases or billing periods.

Subscription plans may be offered on monthly or annual billing intervals. Annual plans are charged up front for the yearly period and renew automatically each year unless canceled before renewal. Monthly plans renew automatically each month unless canceled before renewal. Prices shown may exclude taxes, card network fees, currency conversion, or other amounts handled at checkout.

Annual savings, promotional pricing, free trials, and plan comparisons are based on the pricing displayed at the time of checkout and may change for future purchases or renewal periods. If a plan includes weekly scan allowances, those allowances are intended for the active subscription period and may reset, refill, or be limited according to the plan rules shown in the product.

Plan upgrades may apply immediately. Downgrades may take effect at the next billing date, and content above the lower plan limits may be archived, locked, hidden from active management, or limited unless you upgrade again. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically delete saved team, league, tournament, boxscore, or widget data.

Checkout, Cancellation, and Failed Payments

Checkout, card handling, invoices, subscription renewals, billing portal tools, and payment method updates are handled by Stripe. You are responsible for keeping billing information current. If payment fails, we may retry collection, pause paid features, reduce access to free-account limits, or cancel the subscription.

You can manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through the billing portal when available, or by contacting support. Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Refunds and cancellation handling are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Public Pages and Widgets

Team, league, tournament, and widget pages may display names, locations, game logs, player stats, standings, leaders, records, playoff brackets, profile images, logos, colors, and other sports information. Only publish information you have permission to share, especially for youth sports or school teams.

Advertising and Third-Party Links

Some pages may include advertising, sponsored placements, or links to third-party sites. Third-party ads and links are not endorsements, and third parties may use their own cookies, tracking technologies, terms, and privacy practices. Ads may be limited or removed on some billing, account, or product pages.

Your Content

You keep ownership of scoresheet images, stats, team data, league data, logos, colors, and other content you provide. You give Quick Snap Stats permission to host, process, analyze, display, transmit, and back up that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload unlawful or harmful content, abuse public pages or widgets, scrape at unreasonable rates, or use unreviewed scan output for gambling, eligibility, legal, medical, disciplinary, or other high-stakes decisions.

Service Changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, supported sports, scan formats, prices, ads, widgets, public page layouts, plan limits, and provider integrations. We may also update these terms as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers and Limits

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that scans, stats, pages, widgets, or integrations will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Quick Snap Stats is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages.
